This week brings several exciting opportunities for our school community. We are hosting our first pep assembly on Thursday at 12:30 p.m., and we invite everyone to wear BLUE and GOLD in celebration. Following the assembly, our volleyball team will take on Sentinel Roadrunners in our first home game at 2:00 p.m.

Additionally, we are recognizing our students this week for demonstrating cooperative behavior throughout August. This focus on collaboration and teamwork reflects the positive culture we are building together.

A reminder: 4th - 8th grades have PE on Monday, Tuesday and Friday @ 9:00 a.m. since the weather is so hot outside. Your child may wear their PE clothes to school and then change into school uniform after PE.

We are AZELLA (Kinder) and NWEA testing this week. Please have your child well rested and present at school!

Dear Parents and Guardians, This is a friendly reminder that beginning Wednesday, August 12, the district will follow its Wednesday early dismissal schedule. Please review your child's bus schedule and be at your designated bus stop at the appropriate time. We encourage all families to plan accordingly to ensure a smooth and safe dismissal.

Beginning Friday, the district will resume its regular dismissal schedule. Attached you will find the regular PM bus route schedule that will be followed starting Friday. Please review it carefully and note your child's expected drop-off time.

🚨 Our school just leveled up in emergency preparedness! Over the past three days, five dedicated staff members completed intensive Emergency Medical Response training with Wellton Fire Department Instructor Mark Rivera Jr. Through rigorous classroom study and realistic hands-on scenarios, our team is now equipped to respond quickly and more prepared to an emergency that might occur on campus or on a field trip. Given that our nearest fire department and ambulance are about 40 - 45 minutes away, having trained responders right here makes all the difference for keeping our students and staff safe. We're so grateful for Mark's expertise and our team's commitment to this important training. This couldn't have been possible without Wellton Fire Department's Instructor Mark Rivera Jr., Wellton Firefighters and Chief Mark Rivera.
