Are you considering changing schools for the 2025-2026 school year? Wanting smaller class sizes and more individualized education for your child or children? Dateland School offers that! Contact Mrs. Ariana Lopez, our transportation director, for the bus route details.

We offer online registration on our website. We have Kinder "A" and Kinder "B" classes. Please call the school for more information @ 928-454-2242. Our office hours are 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

Our 2025 - 2026 school year begins on Tuesday, August 5th.
The open house and meet-the-teacher night is scheduled for Monday, August 4th, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

This week has been an amazing week with our students having birthdays, we recognized 51 students with perfect attendance for the month of August, our Student Council held a car wash fundraiser and we also celebrated student’s of the month for being “ cooperative” in and around the campus. We are extremely proud of each one of our kids! Keep making us proud Dateland Cougars! 🐾

For just $1, students can swap their uniforms for their favorite school-appropriate outfits 👕👖 All proceeds support our amazing Student Council and their fantastic initiatives. Dear Community, 🚌 We want to take a moment to share important information about school bus safety. School buses are among the safest vehicles on the road, thanks to the many safety features built into their design and the strict procedures our drivers follow every day. ✔️ Safety Features – School buses are equipped with high, cushioned seats, strong body frames, and required emergency equipment to protect students. ✔️ Loading & Unloading – Drivers follow state-mandated procedures to ensure students get on and off the bus safely. When a school bus is loading or unloading, it remains on the road and does not pull onto the shoulder. The bus activates its amber warning lights before stopping, then its stop arm and red lights once stopped—alerting all drivers that children may be crossing. 🛑 ✔️ Railroad Crossings – Our buses always stop, open the door, and ensure it is safe before crossing railroad tracks. 💙Your patience and cooperation help us keep every child safe. Please remember: when the red lights are flashing and the stop arm is extended, all traffic must stop. Thank you for supporting student safety in our community. 🐾

If you’re interested in Volleyball or Football, come by the Blue Gym at Antelope Union High School this week between 4:30 and 7:00 pm to sign up for summer sports camp! Ages 6-13 for football and 8-12 for volleyball. 🏐 🏈 Sign up!! Give your child/ren a heads start to the fall time sports.

Join us at Dateland School on Saturday, July 5th. Attend the other fireworks shows on Friday, the 4th, but then come to ours on Saturday night, July 5th. We always have a great time and make it memorable! We have food, fun and fireworks with family and friends! We dedicate the fireworks to individuals whom we have lost throughout the years while we announce a special message from loved ones.
