Look at how busy November is! Please take note of our Thanksgiving break. We are already working diligently on preparing for our AASA test in March & April - Every day at school matters!


This week we have TWO games Vs. Wellton.
Monday (11/4/24) is our home game @ 2:00 but first, we cheer on our athletes with a pep assembly @ 12:30.
Wednesday (11/6/24) we travel to Wellton for a game @ 2:00 there.

Our 2024 Halloween costume winners.... Congratulations to everyone!! It was so difficult to choose! We appreciate all of our students and staff who dressed up for the day! 🎃

The home game scheduled for this week (Wednesday, 10/30) has been moved to Monday, November 4th, at 2:00 p.m.
Parent / Teacher Conferences are on Tuesday, October 29th. We will dismiss school @ 12:30.

Presenting to you our " Math Busters" group. They have already completed 10% or more of the very complicated ST Math puzzles in less than 2 weeks! They are absolutely rocking it! Congratulations!


We kicked off our spirit week with CrAzY ReD! We enjoyed seeing everyone in red!! ❤️










This morning at flag salute we presented Ms. Mann with a certificate from the Yuma County Superintendent's Office as being chosen as teacher of the week from our school. 🐾


It's happening this Thursday! Bring your friends and family to our fun fall festival for lots of food, a variety of games for the young and old, and to participate in the costume parade for babies all the way up to adults. It's always a great time! We hope to see you here at our Aldridge Center (the gym). 🐾 🎃


The week of October 21st will be our Red Ribbon Week. It's a fun week of dress-up and school spirit, and we encourage students and staff to participate.
On Thursday of that week is our fall festival beginning @ 5:30 with food, a costume parade @ 6:15 and games beginning @ 7:00.


We proudly present the students who designed our yearbook covers. A contest, facilitated by Mrs. Baughman, resulted in a challenging decision for the staff. George won first place in the 4-8 division, securing the front cover. Zane took top honors in the K-3rd grade division, claiming the back cover. LJ's inventive hand-drawn artwork earned a prominent full-page spread.

Congratulations to Dateland's MVPs from today's tournament at Wellton Elementary. Thank you so much for hosting our first tournament of the 2024-2025 school year. We are so proud of our athletes. Keep continuing to work hard! 🐾



40 days smarter...40 days stronger... 40 days with our friends! Happy 40 day - versary to us!


On Friday, October 4th we travel to Wellton Elementary to participate in the tournament with Wellton and Mohawk. Come out to support your favorite Cougar athlete! 🐾



Mikey was awarded a special certificate of fire watch this morning. He noticed the power pole transformer on fire yesterday. We evacuated the staff from school and called the authorities. Thank you Mikey for having a watchful eye and being vigilant.
